Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Please text or call us at 734-290-3987 to confirm availability.

Is blow dry included in your services?

No, clients are required to arrive with clean, washed, and blow-dried hair. Blow-dry service is available upon request for an additional $15.

What is your refund policy?

All hair services are final sale. We encourage you to review and approve your style before leaving. No refunds will be issued once you leave the salon.

How should I prepare my hair for my appointment?

Please arrive with clean, detangled, and dry hair unless you’ve added a shampoo and blow dry service to your appointment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept deposits via card, but the remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of your appointment.

Is there a late policy?

Yes, for arrivals after 15 minutes, you will be charged a $10 late fee. If you arrive more than 25 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

What hair colors do you provide?

We carry the following hair colors: 1B, 4, 27, 30, 613, 230, and 250. Please indicate the hair color you want if you're getting anything other than 1B.
